ASD members are invited to enter our Member Photo Contest! Share photos that highlight sports dentistry. Whether you are supporting athletes, working with a team, creating mouthguards, providing sideline care, conducting screenings, or promoting athlete safety.

• Nine winners will receive $50 off their 2027 ASD membership dues.
• One Grand Prize winner will receive $50 off 2027 membership dues plus $100 off registration for the 2027 ASD Global Symposium.

1. You must be an active ASD member at the time of submission.
2. Add your name to each image filename. Please use this format: LastName_FirstName_Photo1.
3. Complete and upload the ASD Photo Media Release Authorization form with your submission. Please name the corresponding release form so we can match it to the photo—for example: LastName_FirstName_Photo1_Release. 
4. The submitting member is responsible for obtaining a signed release from every identifiable person pictured.
5. If anyone pictured is under age 18, the release must be signed by that person’s parent or legal guardian.
6. For patient or healthcare-related images, complete the healthcare authorization section of the release. Do not submit protected or confidential information without the required authorization.
7. The submitting member must also have permission from the photographer, team, league, school, venue, or other rights holder when applicable.

10. Images are for ASD use only and no member (other than the owner) can use the images without written consent from the image owner and anyone in the image.
